Bulk Custom Order Policy

We are happy to work with businesses, organizations, groups, and individuals on bulk and custom orders. Because these projects often require research, sourcing, samples, design work, and special purchasing before production begins, the following policies apply.

Consultation & Project Setup

A $50 consultation and project setup fee is required before we begin product sourcing, detailed pricing, sampling, design planning, or project-specific research.

As part of this process, we will prepare a product prospectus with appropriate product options we have sourced for your project.

The $50 consultation fee will be applied toward your final order if you move forward with the project. If you choose not to place the order, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

Samples

Any samples, prototypes, blank products, specialty materials, packaging samples, or other items purchased specifically for your project must be paid for before they are ordered.

Sample costs are separate from the consultation fee unless otherwise stated.

Samples and any shipping charges associated with obtaining them are non-refundable.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the products, quantities, designs, materials, packaging, fulfillment, and shipping requirements discussed at the time the quote is prepared.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Changes to the quantity, product, materials, packaging, shipping requirements, or other details may require a revised quote.

Design & Revisions

Your order includes up to three design changes at no additional charge before final design approval.

Once the final design has been approved, any additional change will result in an additional charge.

Charges for changes after final approval may include additional design or labor time, replacement products or materials, setup costs, and any other expenses created by the requested change.

If a requested change requires us to purchase or replace products that have already been ordered or produced, the customer is responsible for those costs.

Payment

All bulk and custom orders must be paid in full before production begins.

Production will not be scheduled or started until:

  • The final design has been approved.

  • The final quote has been approved.

  • All required products and materials are available.

  • Payment has been received in full.

Labor

Our current labor rate is $75 per hour unless a flat labor charge is specifically included in the written quote.

Labor may include design preparation, file setup, engraving, personalization, assembly, packaging, labeling, sorting, quality control, fulfillment, and other work required to complete the project.

Customer-Supplied Products

Customers may purchase and supply their own products for engraving, personalization, or other custom work with prior approval.

Orders using customer-supplied products are subject to a $5 per piece surcharge, with a minimum customer-supplied product fee of $50.

Customers supplying their own products must provide:

The total number of finished products ordered, plus five additional identical products for testing and setup.

For example, an order for 100 finished pieces requires the customer to provide 105 pieces.

The five additional products allow us to test the material, engraving settings, design placement, equipment settings, and other production requirements before working on the customer's finished pieces.

Customer-supplied products are accepted at the customer's risk. We cannot guarantee the quality, consistency, coating, finish, material composition, or suitability of products purchased from another supplier.

We are not responsible for manufacturing defects, inconsistent materials, incorrect quantities, damage from the original supplier, or other problems with customer-supplied products.

Our regular labor charges still apply when the customer supplies the product.

Additional labor required for testing, sorting, cleaning, measuring, preparing, or adjusting customer-supplied products may also be charged.

Packaging, Shipping & Individual Fulfillment

Bulk-order pricing does not automatically include individual packaging, mailing, or fulfillment.

If you would like us to package and ship products individually to multiple recipients, charges may include:

  • Boxes, envelopes, protective packaging, and mailing supplies

  • Labels and address preparation

  • Packing and fulfillment labor

  • Postage and carrier charges

  • Additional materials required for safe shipment

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

When products are being mailed individually, final shipping costs may not be known until the packages have been prepared, measured, and weighed.

Cancellations

If you cancel a project, you are responsible for all expenses already incurred for your order.

This includes:

  • Samples and prototypes already purchased

  • Products or materials already ordered

  • Shipping charges already incurred

  • Design work already completed

  • Labor already completed

If we have already ordered blank products specifically for your project, those products must be paid for in full. The blank products will then be provided to you.

Consultation fees, sample costs, completed design work, completed labor, shipping charges, and other expenses already incurred are non-refundable.

Final Approval

Please review your final design, product selection, quantity, spelling, personalization, placement, and other order details carefully before giving final approval.

Once final approval has been given, changes are no longer included as complimentary design revisions.

Any change requested after final approval will be charged based on the additional labor, products, materials, setup, or other costs required to make that change.

Final approval confirms that you accept the design, products, quantities, pricing, labor charges, packaging requirements, shipping arrangements, and terms of the order.

Production begins only after final approval and payment in full.
